There are a lot of members from Texas, so I imagine someone can get you close and I would suggest taking a good picture of the outside wall and searching google for similar patterns.

@Seanreit , it might be a Vogue, brand, that is the only 2 piece rail cap I can find on a quick search (they have lots of different pool models though)
Thank you, I will ask my local pool companies to come out and verify if it is a Vogue brand. FWIW, there are multiple reddit posts that suggest this website as being the best pool resource on the net. Thank you so much for the suggestion, and when I do get confirmation I will add to my signature as you suggested.
