The plumbing/electrical in the same trench pics in comment #16 are Not loading, but after seeing all the other problems on the other pics, I can just imagine.

Wow Moto. All those problems that you've had, I am so sorry.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they get all the issues resolved, and you get your pool built correctly very soon.

Yeah, I saw them Moto, and commented on it above. Very scary, and I'd think also not safe.

I can't seem to get or find a answer on the piping being stacked and not shaded ! Nec code addresses the electric and depth under concrete but can't find anything further !

You can use the same trench for electrical. Really does not make a difference. But judging by the work done on your pool, it looks like they cut too many corners. Who is your builder? I am owner building mine if you need any reliable subs.

Can you go back to the beginning and tell us your pool story from the beginning with pics? That way we might be able to spot the good, bad, and ugly.

It will also help you document for working with your PB.
