New construction in Central Florida

looking good. That is a whole lot of plumbing. good luck with all those valves. Hopefully the Pentair automation will handle most of that that. What is the antenna looking device next to your easy touch box? I'm in the process of building as well in Northeast FL.

That is the ScreenLogic module, which allows you to control the automation from your smartphone/tablet/PC.

Almost perfect. Over a period of the next 90 days or so you will want to see your CH increase to around 250. It will do so on it's own to an extent but you may need to add some to get it there. Of course you will need to add Chlorine and CYA per the suggested levels. Your pH and TA are just right.....don't change a thing.

With a current pH of 7.2 and TA of 40, that certainly looks like someone put some acid in there and there was no need.

It would be a good idea to request that your PB tell you what he is adding to your pool.
