New Concrete Deck

Hello anyone and everyone.
My husband and I are new pool owners. Our pool was finished December 2024. We had concrete decking put around the pool and about a month ago we found that the concrete has lifted up.
We had turf put in as well which came recommended by the sales lead of the pool company. The decking was done by a subcontractor of the turf company we used not the pool company.
We’ve called the pool company to assess the situation because it seems to me (not a person who knows anything about pools) that the pool has sunk and lifted the concrete. I don’t know if that’s possible.
Can someone who has more knowledge about this or experienced this explain to me why this happened and what should be done.
Thank you very much.

The pool is most likely not sinking, the deck work may be lifting from the soil that supports the deck expanding.
SoCal has lots of clay soils, parts of Anaheim have very sandy soil from the original location of the SantaAna river.
First the reason for the lifting deck must be corrected, then the deck can be removed and replaced.
