Wow! What a mess in the pool. We were blessed to not have anyone throw their junk in ours.
It was such a great day when our yard was finally leveled out. One step closer to being put back together.
It's black slate.I like that color. What is on your spa spillway?
So what's the difference between that and me buying the TF-100 along with Taylor K-1766?Nice Build Melon!.. They have really been moving along on yours. Get the Pro salt test kit.. it has everything you will need. even the stirrer!

Testing without a Smart Stir or previous Speedstir is like living in Bedrock with the Flinstones technologically speaking. Good heads up on the TF-Pro.
I compared the two and see what your are saying. Thanks for the recommendation!Yeah you could cobble it all together with a TF100, and at the K1766 and the speed stirrer. That is what I did when I purchased mine, but this one comes with all that and a nicer case. You should seriously consider the stirrer, it really makes the testing easier, you don't have to do the hula trying to mix the samples in your vials, and its a lot more consistent. Its like what I used when I worked in a wet lab, but these are battery powered so you can use them pool side. Also, You might want to consider becoming a supporter and you will get a discount toward stuff from TFTestkits. Its a win-win.. you get a tax write off, you get a discount, you get a nifty badge next to your name, and at $100 you get a mug, .... geeze I sound like the guys on the public TV-athon.
We bought the TF100 3 weeks ago before we decided on SWCG. We figured we would need it during the 30 day period when we cant use the SWCG.@colleenbevans ... the reagents in the kit should last for two years (according to the expiration). You may get longer out of them depending on how you store them, etc. When did you last buy your TF100?..If it was 2 years ago or more you may need a new set of the base reagents. You can replace reagents individually or with a replacement kit that is available on sale from TFTest kits until the end of the month I think. And if you are going with a SWG, the TF Salt Pro would be a good way to replace your reagents, AND get the K1766 reagents as well, and get a cool case, and get a stirrer if you don't already have one..
