Not really sure how long to fill up. Supposed to call first thing monday and as soon as it's done they will come start everything. Plasterer said he was going to take care of the first thirty days of maintenance but I think I'm going to decline and just jump in on doing this myself. I did take a picture of the reading on the water meter so I would have a pretty good idea on how many gallons it actually is.
It's looking great! I can't wait to see the color after filled and water balanced. Be sure you have the ok to take over the water management from whoever holds your plaster warranty.
Do NOT stop the water until it reaches the middle of the tiles/skimmer face. If you need to slow it down you can turn off one hose and turn the other one down.
Tony, my plasterer said he absolutely would not do an acid wash for at least a year. I don't know how much extra it was honestly because it was what I asked for from the beginning.
Tile mishap was corrected this morning. Unfortunately for Big Will the guy who fixed it was supposed to be doing his stone work. I'm sorry Will.
The color will change for a little while as the plaster cures.
I am on my phone and have not figured put how to copy and paste. Please look for the article names plaster start up. The 30 day no swin is only depending on the start up done. Follow what your pb says as far as swimming.
