Most don't even offer dark plaster and quartz because of the mottling... That's very typical

So after we filled the pool up last week, they started the equipment about four days later.
I watched the water level drop to below the tile line...and called the builder. There was a pile of dirt in the pool, under the return line.
Sadly, I knew exactly what happened. They didnt do all the grading on Dig Day. From the beginning I made sure the builder knew we had a small grade change...about a foot
They finished the grading the day before the deck was going to be poured. Therefore, they drove over the fill line and one of the return lines for hours with the skid steer, getting the grading correct. Both lines were broke.
They are coming tomorrow to break out concrete and fix the broken lines.

It’s fun looking at the renderings vs the actual. I’m happy with the way it turned out.
now on to the rest of the yard.
