New Build Estimates - Miami, FL

Hello folks!
We're getting estimates for a new construction in-ground pool in Miami-Dade county. Would anyone here be willing to recommend (or warn against) any builders in the area?
Additionally, any tips for region-specific things to watch out for?

Thank you! My previous home in Georgia had a vinyl liner in-ground pool, and I learned how to maintain it by lurking the TFP forums and using the TF-100 kit. :)

All of the pools down here are cement, so that will be a bit of a learning opportunity for me, chemistry-wise.
