Hi- New to the forum. We had a cement pool installed in the fall of 2016. During construction we pointed out and documented "weepers" in the pool shell prior to plastering. We had a colored plaster applied. The pool has been splotchy since it was filled and the "weepers" are now full cracks with dark staining on both sides of the crack. The warranty department has been out multiple times. They did an acid wash and when that did not work they did an acid bath over the winter. We opened the pool again in the spring and the stains are only getting darker. We also have white cracks running down the spa wall into the pool, the crack matches on the other side of the spa wall into the spa and onto the seat. I am attaching photos, it is so hard to get good images under water, but this is the best I can do. Any recommendations on what to do next? Should we replaster?

Those are pretty bad for a 2 yo plaster job. Theres no fixing that with acid. Are you seeing any water loss? When u say the spa has cracks on both sides you mean the wet side like pool to spa correct? Not spa to the outside wall

It is hard to say if we are losing water. We have been getting so much rain this year. We have been draining water every 2 days. The spa crack is on the seat of the spa backing up to the wall it is attached to the pool on. This particular crack runs down the inside pool wall and matches up inside of the spa- not sure if that makes sense. We are approaching the end of our 3 year warranty that covers the pool finish. The structure has a lifetime warranty. The pool company is stringing us along, but has agreed to send out their plaster manager to determine if they will replaster. We are trying to find an independent person to come out and diagnose the problem and give us an estimate, but have been unable to locate anyone in PA who will do this. We are at a complete loss as to what to do....

Yes you gotta get serious. You have a contract with the warranty in writing? If so this may be lawyer material. If I read you right you are saying the crack in spa wall matches the wet side of spa on pool wall as if ita cracked thru the concrete to the other side. If that's the case you may have serious issues with the whole shell those pool cracks may be settling. Any pics of the build and what kind of ground you are on
