I thought of ordering the parts but found out I'd end up with only a 90 day warranty on a couple thousands of dollars in equipment doing it myself.
I want/need:
1) Pump - Pentair Intelliflo pump
2) Heater - 400k BTU heater... figure Pentair to match the pump
4) Automation - whatever automation system works best without going overboard (iAqualink was recommended by a friend). It looks like it would need to control two valves and turn a heater on and off... and being able to control it from a mobile app is nice given my equipment area can be dark at night.
Why? Pump died, heater dead and I figured I could get with an automation system to be able to hit "spa" and have it close the right valves and turn on the heater with the push of a button (or mobile app). I'd later connect the pool lights (when I find the circuits!) and the landscape lighting but for now, if I can make it pushbutton for family members to use the spa without asking me every time, I'm golden.
I live in Garland, TX and pool info in signature. Can anyone recommend a vendor/installer?
