Need to fix?

Hey everyone,

I have a low spot in my yard where the water drains to during rain. I noticed yesterday that the ground seems to be eroding. Do I need to do something about this? If so, what should I look to do?

Get grass to actually grow there or maybe cut the grass back and put gravel up against the decking. I know, gravel next to the pool... yuck. Or fix your drainage issue by redirecting the water upstream of this. More photos of the yard, the source of runoff and the pool would help.
