Need some advice

Excavated a little too much on this side. I have no choice but to "build up" on this side as everything on the other side and my 8 middle support poles/pressure plates... everything is already set and leveled.

My ground is hard hard and I mean hard clay. There were many spots a shovel and my 220lb body wouldn't even scratch the surface. I've done a ton of digging with a claw hammer.

Please tell me there is something I can do here

Can I use pressure treated wood under the frame? Line up more cinderblocks?
 
Your ground sounds rock hard like mine.
It looks like the ground under the wall support rails is to low and rails are bridging between the posts. So the rails aren't on the ground. But the posts are level sitting on the blocks. The rails support the wall and should be on something firm. You may be able to remove the rails and fill in under with the dirt, packing / tamping a bit at a time. Think of like a train track bed. Away from rails inside the pool, you should just be able to fill & tamp with the sand. Your cove will be there also.
It's not ideal, but about the only way to save yourself from digging out the other ~15 posts.
 
Honestly, when we were excavating it started to rain towards the end. We eyeballed it and it looked good. When setting my middle 8 support poles they were all level within 1/2" so setting them was easy. The West side was high so I had to dig a 2-6 inch trench with the claw of a hammer to make sure my bottom rails were all level. Once those were set I clawed my way back towards the middle of the pool to even out the floor. I'm going to have Arnold Schwarzenegger arms now. Anyhow when I went to the east side of the pool my bottom rails need to be raised anywhere from 1/2" to 5" to stay level.

I went back up to Home Depot and grabbed another 20 cinderblocks that I'll position under the bottom rails then ill fill in the inside of the pool with my clay dirt (I got piles upon piles of it all around my backyard) flush up to the bottom rails packing every inch. This clay dirt that I got I kid you not is like cement. I made a ball of it the other day when it was wet. When it dried out I threw it I. The air a good 30 ft into the street and it didn't even brake when it hit the street !!!!!

Used more cinder blocks to level off the track. Then used the clay dirt to raise the floor to the tops of the cinder blocks. Came out better than I thought it would. Put clay dirt behind the cinder blocks to prevent them from moving anywhere. With as hard as this dirt it, I'm feeling very confident nothing will move.

Put 6 tons of dirt into the center next then the walls went up after that.
