Need pump recommendation for bubbler+water feature

I was planning a single Pentair Intelliflo VS for my pool build, but starting to reconsider. I'm thinking of adding a 2nd pump to handle the bubblers and waterfalls. Details:
Pool with 4 returns
Spa with 6 jets
12" raised wall with 2 waterfalls (not sure on GPM yet, but likely 15-20 per waterfall)
Tanning ledge with 2 bubblers

I was thinking I'll run the waterfalls and bubblers at the same time off a dedicated pump, so I'm not sure a pure water feature pump is the way to go. I see a lot of Whisperflo's being used out there, is this a good option? I haven't done any calculations, but any help on what size (1.5HP, etc) would be great.

I have pretty much what your are proposing. I have one Pentair VS pump for the pool ( 3 returns) and spa (6 jets with spillover). I have a second whisperflow 011515 pump (2hp) for my waterfall and two bubblers. I have flow split 50/50 between the waterfall and bubblers. I get about 6 to 8" of height on the bubblers thru 12" of depth on the baja shelf.

I put a video up today with 100% flow thru the bubblers and got 18" of height.

I am considering a similar setup, but my wife is saying she wants the bubblers independent of the waterfalls...argh. She's thinking she'd like to sit on the tanning ledge with just the waterfalls on (spa overflow + waterfall). Trying to automate all this is tricky. Perhaps I just manually control the bubbler/waterfall flow as in your case?
