Need Help: Zero Cell Voltage Issue After Thermistor Replacement (Aqua Rite Goldline)

Hi everyone! I'm profoundly grateful for this wonderful forum—it's refreshing to see genuine knowledge-sharing. Thank you all!

I've been addressing a 'zero cell voltage' issue and recently replaced the SL32 2R025 thermistor. It worked for a few hours (32V reading) but then dropped back to zero. I've attached some pictures, including one of a toasty part that existed before the replacement.

Could the issue be due to another failing component on the circuit board? Any insights would be appreciated!

Is the overheat mark from one of the thermistor leads? It also looks like you have cold solder joints on your thermistor leads.

Yes, the overheat mark is one of the thermistor lead.
First time soldering ;-) Will try resolder and report back.

That's what it looks like to me - a bad solder joint.

Don't overheat the trace on the board or you'll lift it up and make sure you're using flux core solder. Then heat the iron fully before you begin.
