So the pump is not shutting off from the control panel , even in Service mode, I can hear a click but pump continues to run.
My home warranty apparently cover only the pump and wiring  not the actual controller so I figured out that must be a relay becauise everyhting else works just fine.
Here is the original relay picture :

Will this one from Amazon be a good replacement ?

What model Jandy pump controller do you have?

That does not look like a relay from a Jandy Aqualink.

Ok, so after reading some threads on this amazing forum I realized that is NOT the correct relay, following the wire marked pump leads to this relay, marked in blue :

Does it seem right to you ?

Yup, that looks like a Jandy Aqualink relay.

Do you have a multimeter?

You know how to do a continuity check with the multimeter.

With the Aqualink power off and the pump CB power off test if there is continuity between screws 1 and 3, and between 2 and 4. If so the relay is stuck closed.

Do that test at your own risk. Only do that if you are certain all power is off in the Aqualink,

Definitely continuity all over, I also tested the relay for the waterfall pump, also continuity on 2-4 for some reason so I decided to buy 2 relays. Found them on Ebay for $49 for 2 pc shipped to my door. Pool company wanted to do me a favor and fix it for $200.
Thanks for your help ajw22 !!!
