need help w fittings for steel wall vinyl liner pool

starting my pool in about 2 weeks and getting supplies 2gether. Im not positive but I think this is what I need for my returns Hayward Wall Fitting, Vinyl Wg (sp1408) - INYOPools.com

Is that everything including gaskets etc. I already have the threaded eyeballs just need pool side fitting

I am also going to put in a vacuum line for the few times it will be used, my skimmer has the adapter but from what Ive read they suck to work with. is this the correct fitting that would thread into the above fittings as well? https://www.amazon.com/PoolSupplyTown-Rotation-Fitting-Replaces-W400BWHP/dp/B01B46B0Z2

And finally at what height do u usually install the vacuum port in the side wall.

Jimmy, Can you please fill in your pool info so help us help you. Go to setting (upper right), edit signature (lower left). Tell us what kind of pool, size (gals), equipment, etc.

I also think you should call inyopool and have a chat with them. They are great with things like this. You could also email them and share pics to show them what you are working with.
