Need Help Setting Up Filter Option

Hi,

Bought a house last year with a 24' above-ground round pool. Trying to get the filter set for filter option but there is no sticker on it. Can someone help with it?

The two options marked with P send the water to pool and the other two marked with W send the water to waste. There are only 4 options (filter is Hayward S-164T).

I want to know what these options are for the filter, rinse, backwash and ???

@Texas Splash Thanks! But I don't see any instruction on that manual stating which way is filter and backwash? I'm trying to find the sticker that goes up there. Even contacted Hayward and they sent me the wrong one.
