Need help, please!!!!

Some may have read my other posts about our pool installation gone bad. Our pool was partially finished close to a month now, but the installer never came back after taking off with our $9,500. So we are left with a filled pool with no skimmer or return attached.
My question is, could anyone please help with ideas or instructions for installing the skimmer and return with it being full?

Are the pool walls pre-cut for the skimmer and return? If so could you post a picture?

Yes, the walls are precut. Spoke with a reputable pool store in town and their installer is going to send out a crew to do this for us.
