Hi folks. Looking for assistance I was removing water from pool and refilling bad cya. I removed over half. On refill I balanced but forgot sc10000 I see light brown stain, the plaster is stonescapes. Anything I can do adding the sc10000 today when I get it from store. Any hope here? I would think I could pull the water out and acid wash later anything else ?

Acid washing strips plaster from the pool and reduces its life. It is never the first thing to do with a stain.
Take some Vitamin C tablets, crush them into a paste, put the paste in a sock, and rub it on the stains. If it lifts, then it is an iron stain.
After you lift the metals off the surfaces and get them back in solution, you can add a sequestrant to keep them in solution.

Thank you. Btw I really messed up. I found a way that no one talks about to remove the metal from water first. Run you main through home house filter then put to return automate through sprinkler valve and relay. I filled from hose was worried I would overfill and hose is much slower. I noticed pool reading when going through my carbon filter, and other filters to show no copper etc.
