Need Diverter Valve Shaft Assembly 2.5” - 3”

Bought the Diverter Valve Shaft Assembly 2” - 2.5” on Amazon but they’re smaller than the one in my 3-way Diverter Valve as shown in the attached picture.
So I am guessing the one am looking for is 2.5” - 3” but have not found it online yet.
If anyone know where to get just the Diverter Valve Shaft assembly only please let me know.

Thanks James, just ordered on Amazon 4 whole valves: one 3-ports and three 2-ports valves; assuming the divert shaft assembly are the same in them.
