Need another connector piece - pic

Hi All,

I have a flexible hose coming from the top of the polaris pump going to a pipe in the ground. This connection has started disentegrating so I;m looking for the right replacement plastic connectors. One side threads into the pipe and the hose end has a nipple in it to meet the threaded connection. I tried Leslie's but they were not helpful.
What is the name of these connection pieces and a bonus if you had a link to them.
