Need an immediate chill

I have friends coming over tomorrow and the pool is so hot. The only immediate solution is to dump and refill which I realize will need with the chemistry but I can't think of anything else to do. I have the pump running at night. Any other thoughts?

Only success I have is adding water - lucky to have 50-60ºF well water year round.

What’s your water temp? I’ve been up around 93º lately before top offs.

May be too late but I run a fountain at night which will cool my pool down up to 5 degrees overnight. (see link in signature). Go buy a fountain from a pool store or Wallworld and use it tomorrow as the droplets of falling water feel cool to people feeling it.

86 as of this morning and I've run the pump all night. It's going to be super hot today.
