Needing to get a new installed mesh cover for my mother's 20x40ish kidney shaped pool (no standard size). I've had a loop-loc on mine for 35+ years and been satisfied, but don't know what is best now for her. Got an estimate for a McEwin at $4235, or +$623 for the finer mesh; separate bid for a Latham 7000M for $4,749. Haven't been able to get a Loop-Loc estimate since the dealer I got mine from is the one that now gives me the Latham estimate. Since I need a custom size and want it installed, I think that I stuck with one from a "dealer." Does anyone have any recommendations/thoughts between Latham, McEwin or Loop-Loc? Thanks.

Loop-Loc and Mayco seem to be the most common and most liked around TFP...Merlin also gets many mentions.
+1. I looked up Mcewin yesterday and they've been an industry leader since the 90s. Funny how they all lead the industry at the same time, but still, they're probably doing something right with their liners and covers.
Looploc is local by me and gets the bulk of the business. I would not hesitate to buy any large, long standing companies cover.
