Need advice on new pooler cleaner, Hayward W3PVS40JST Poolvergnuegen Suction Pool Cleaner or Hayward W3PHS41CST AquaNaut 400 Suction Pool Cleaner

I read on the forums all the issues pool cleaners have, and now I am brain locked.
I do not have a pool cleaner pump, so I must go thru the basket skimmer. Lots of Oak leaves and acorns. Newly re-plastered 2 weeks ago.
Right now the plan is get 1 from Amazon, try it, and if it's a bummer, it goes back, and we try another one.
I figured I start with these 2, just not sure what makes them different? any insite would be appreciated.

My Poolvergnuegen has been running strong for 7 years...no problems. It does what it's supposed to do. Changed out the tires last season with Amazon knock-offs.

That is good to hear. Anything you do to keep it running that long?

To be honest, I've never had it apart. I have no idea how it works, but it just keeps going. Still on original hoses and my pool is open year-round. My thinking is it's just a dirt simple piece of engineering. If I'm not mistaken, these are now marketed by Hayward and that quality control has decreased since they took over.
