Nautilus CC - (Dolphin)

Opening my above ground pool. I have a couple questions about my Nautilus CC vaccum…. My oval pool is about 42 by 20’

#1 - It tends to stay on one half of the pool. There’s plenty of hose to reach the entire length and width.

#2 - It moves and seems to be working fine. When the pool was 2/3 full, the Nautilus would go to top of water line. Now that I’ve filled the pool properly, Nutilus barley goes up the walls.

I’m sorry, I don’t have any experience with that vacuum. I’m assuming it has always acted that way, since you bought it? Did it come with a guide with troubleshooting tips? If not, you can probably find one online.

If the filter basket is dirty/full that will affect its climbing ability.
Also check the impeller for hair or something wrapped around it.
