My new Pentair Pool/Spa heater no longer shows up on new APP, nor works manually

My relatively new Pentair Herater was working fine with the old Intellicenter 2 App, then I switched over to the Pentair Home app. I never tried to use heater until now a month later for the Spa. It does not show up on the DASHBOARD when using the Spa.

Now it seems to work when using the pool, as it shows up as an option MASTERTEMP when I go to change the temperature, but when I switch to SPA mode, there is no MAstertemp option when I go to change the temperature

Pool builder is ghosting me so I cant get an answer from him

Check that your heater setting says Pool/Spa for Body….

ajw22, Thank you! Yes that was the problem, when it migrated from intellicenter 2 to Pentair Home, it did not migrate that setting!!

ajw22, Thank you! Yes that was the problem, when it migrated from intellicenter 2 to Pentair Home, it did not migrate that setting!!

I am glad you found the problem but I doubt it was the app migration. The setting is stored in the OCP and changing apps will not change any settings.
