Hello, I have an Jandy pool pump with JEP-R controller, its less than two years old the controller digital display does not work (blank) I verified the power is on. I did remove the controller from the pump and could not see any obvious problem. would you have any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot and fix the problem. Thank you.

Check voltage between red and green.
The power center supplies the controller 10 VDC via the two (2) outside wires (red and green) of the four (4) conductor cables.
The two (2) inner wires (yellow and black) provide the two-way communication link between the controller and the power center.

Check the voltage with a voltimeter. When mine failed, a capacitor in the pump had burnt up.
