I've been using the Ichlor 30 generator for 2 years now running from the Intellichlor Salt Chlorine Generator Power Center installed with the pool. Recently I found that AC is flashing on the display along with all the lights iterating/flashing red constantly, and it doesn't respond to pushing any buttons. I'm confused because the power supply hasn't changed so it's getting DC power, and I cannot find any troubleshooting information that indicates both the AC reading and the flashing of all the red lights. Any one have experience with this condition or any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum!
The AC implies it has sensed getting AC power to it instead DC through the Power Pack.
I would try powering down everything and then starting it back up.
How is the SWCG controlled so it has no power to it when the pump is off?
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.

The power supply has 120V AC input and has rectifiers that change the AC to 26-48 DC. Likely a rectifier failed in the power supply.

Without DC power the electronics will not work and sense the salinity which is why the lights are flashing.

If you have a multimeter check the voltage to the cell and see if it is AC or DC. Otherwise I would replace the power supply.

The unit goes on and off with the pump timer. It's been this way for a week now after a weeks worth of on's/off's at this point.

That makes a whole lot of sense. Thanks - I'll try that!
