My CYA sock busted [emoji31]

Just as I was tying the sock with 51 oz of CYA to the skimmer, it BUSTED! More than half went into skimmer basket and, of course, into sand filter. Pressure bottomed out. Shut it off, took all the hoses off and the pump -- rinsed them as well as I could; backwashed sand and rinsed. Pressure back to normal.
Now my questions:
1. What to do with all the CYA on the bottom of the pool????
2. Will this damage my SWG?
I left filter running without the white or blue skimmer, just the hose tied to my weight so not sucking air

Brush the CYA around on the bottom and help it dissolve.

No. CYA is a very mild acid.

Keep the pump running to circulate the water and the CYA will dissolve over the next day or two. Give it a few days before you check your CYA level.

That's why I like using a cotton white athletic sock. It takes CYA longer to dissolve through it but it is sturdy.

Keep moving it lest you get freckles.

Or vacuum it up and let it dissolve inside the filter. The water looks clear enough that it seems unlikely you'll need to backwash before it's all dissolved.
