Thanks for the info guys. I'm gonna talk to the landlord. We're good tenants and have been here 5 years now. Never asked for anything.
Unfortunately he just had a heart attack yesterday so I'm gonna have to give it time. I'll check back in when I get get direct line installed. Or have an electrician test my current one out and give me his input.
