MX8 Vacuum Moving Slowly

I have a MX8 vacuum. Recently had it rebuilt was doing circles. I also changed the sand in Tagleus filter. I have about 12 PSI pressure which i believe is normal. The vacuum moves slowly now, i have to nearly close the valve to get it to move. The store took vacuum and tested said it worked fine. I have backwashed same thing, put on recirculate no change. Any help with this please

If you connect yours in your skimmer, check the flow regulator piece you put in there and make sure its set right.
