OCLT test showed loss of 1.
FC last night=14
FC this morning =13
CC=0 both times

What should I do today? Let the chlorine fall and do another OCLT followed by a MA level slam tomorrow?

Pool is clear and beautiful.

A 1 FC loss overnight is an acceptable pass and probably likely with organic matter dumping in the pool.

For the sole reason that you've been vigilant with your FC, I'm OK with the borderline pass just this once.

Should I start the MA slam? Or assume this was pollen/dust combo? When I touched the substance it was grainy feeling. Not slimy. It was dirty yellow looking and lined the perimeter of the pool along the tile line. It’s all gone, pump has been running, I hecka cleaned the pool yesterday so not sure what else. I didn’t remove the lights because I don’t know how to open them and if it’s pollen I didn’t want to overreact.

Would another OCLT be helpful?

There is a lot of pollen coming down into my pool. When water is calm, it clings to the tile at the waterline. When disturbed, it floats away and dissipates.
