Must Convert concrete pool to vinyl liner

Anyone have suggestions how to and where to get parts for Conversion from INDOOR concrete pool to vinyl liner?

I know some will say don't do it... but I don't have a choice. This is an indoor pool and the bottom of pool is in the basement. Any leaks are unacceptable.

I would appreciate any expert guidance.

The pool is Rectangle 12 x 24. Straight walls and flat bottom, all 8 feet deep. I'll try to figure out how to post pix.

Here is pool picture. We are seeking guidance to covert to Vinyl liner. Its an indoor pool. 12 x 24 straight wall and flat bottom 8 feet deep (no variations).

What are the holes in the pool floor for? They returns?

What are the pipes at the end of the first pic for?

the holes in the floor are main drains (2). We have 3 returns and no skimmer.

Ignore, The plastic pipes in the photo. They are just a platform made of plastic pipes for entry into pool (not attached)

Is the pool actually leaking or are you concerned about the possibility of it leaking?

actually leaking. Its an indoor pool and selling home soon.

Are you absolutely positive that its the pool structure that's leaking and not the plumbing lines?

Do you know where it is leaking from? I would hate to buy a house with a tile pool retrofitted to vinyl if I could have made a reasonable repair to keep it original

It may be cheaper to fix the leak. Otherwise they make face track that can be applied to the wall under the coping amd a liner hung from that. The issue is the returns and drains. They would need to be retrofit with vinyl type fittings that accept a liner, that would be the pain in the butt part of this
