Muriatic Acid not impacting pH as much as Pool Math says it should

Those tests are not from your TF100. Please post your own test results.
Would hardness on the higher side impact SWCG production?
Be careful using a short run time to determine swcg output. The cycle time of the unit can impact your fc generation.
I have had to run it a lot more than last year. Last year 2 hours gave me plenty of production. Is 8.5 hours at 50% really too short to judge? That was overnight, so no burn off.

Hey neighbor- do you think the issue might be your salt cell?
That's what I am thinking. It is very clean, barely ran last year (ran at 25% for a few hours per day). Worked with Discount Salt Pool - they will take it back and bench check it. Was trying to exhaust all other possible issues before sending it back. The overnight test was my final step - only producing 1.5ppm when it should have produced 2.8ppm is enough for me to send it in. I am sure they will say it is fine, but worth a test.
