Multiport leaking

Hi All,
My multiport is dripping and it looks like there are 2 tiny cracks in the body. I'm guessing the only option is to replace the multiport, but if anyone has any other solutions please let me know.

I couldn't quit see evening very well in the video, but if there is a crack in the body, it's best to replace it.

Replace the multiport. It must have taken a physical blow from something.
