Moving liner help

I had a new liner installed last summer and after uncovering my pool this week I see wrinkles in the shallow end this didn't happen and I had the 0ne other 9yrs no problem and used the same company for that reason. Help. I got parties planned.

How warm is the water? I’ve had occasional wrinkle develop over winter that seem to work themselves out as the temperature increases
