Moving an Aux on Aqualink RS

Okay, bear with me. I'm not sure I'm going to ask this just right or if I am even on the right track. I found a few old posts on this topic, but they didn't quite answer my questions.

* I have 2 JVAs controlled by my Aqualink RS: one Intake and one Return. There are no Solar or Cleaner JVAs in our plumbing.

* There are 4 combinations of these 2 valves working together: Pool Mode (pool intake, pool return); Spa Mode (spa intake, spa return): Spa Fill (pool intake, spa return); Spa Drain (spa intake, pool return). These 4 modes can be selected on the Aqualink power center bezel when in Service mode.

* Only the first 2 modes (Pool Mode & Spa Mode) are currently selectable on my One Touch panel in the house. I want to add the Spa Fill configuration to the One Touch, so that I can program it to run ~30 mins/day to circulate my balanced pool water into the spa and spill the semi-stagnant spa water into the pool.

An older post here taught me about S1 Dip Switch #3 (Aux 3). All my Dip Switches are currently in the OFF position.
=> Question #1: Can anyone confirm this S1-3 Dip Switch in the ON position will accomplish the valve combination I'm looking for (Pool Intake + Spa Return)? The manual refers to this Dip Switch position as "Spa Spillover effect", so that's why I'm slightly skeptical. If it's the same, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be referred to as "Spa Fill" to match the bezel label.

Assuming the answer above is Yes, then my next issue is that the previous owners have something already connected to Aux 3. So I have to move the Air Blower in Aux 3 to a different Auxiliary before I can enable Dip Switch 3. And here is where I want to be sure I'm doing that move correctly. Per the attached pic, Aux 6 and 7 ports are open, so I think what I need to do is as follows:

1. Unplug Aux 3 / Air Blower connector (the 4th plug down, after Filter Pump, Aux 1, Aux 2).
2. Plug that Air Blower connector into the unused Aux 6 (second from bottom).
3. From the One Touch System Setup, relabel Aux 6 to "Air Blower".
4. From the One Touch System Setup, under Spa Switch, reassign the Air Blower button on my Spa Side Remote to this renamed Aux 6.

Will the Air Blower work correctly? Or am I way off base and/or missing some additional change needed on the relay side? (If yes, I'd probably hire help for this work.)

Thanks Kim! I got a little impatient and went ahead with my plan today. :)
All worked as planned. In fact, my first programmed Spillover cycle is running right now!

A couple of comments if anyone else is doing something similar:

Once Dip Switch S1-3 is toggled to ON, the OneTouch menu changes as follows:
* Under System Settings => Label Aux, Aux #3 no longer presents itself to be renamed.
* Under the Main Menu on the One Touch, Aux 3 has a fixed label named "Spillover".

I did edit out the Step 5 from my original post, since I had misinterpreted the applicability of Dip Switch S1-6.
