Mountain Lion takes a swim!

Someone in our neighbordhood had a mountain lion jump into their pool!!!! Animal control came later, tranquilized and relocated the lion. The video clip is crazy but you can only upload pics to TFP. Hopefully these pics give you some idea of this.

Wow. That would make for an exciting day. I often see squirrels hanging over the edge to get a drink, but so far, that's the only wildlife we have had to deal with. Too bad you don't have a video link, that would be cool to see!

Lots of people forget about the wildlife in the area and how all the growth in the valley has encroached on them over the decades. Much different than when I grew up there back in the 70s-80s. Plus. let's face it .... it's HOT! That cat's no dummy.
