Missing wheel screw for Polaris 280

Today when I checked my pool, I found that one of the wheels for my Polaris 280 had come off in the water. I fished it out and then set to finding the little bracket and screws that hold the wheel on. I did find the bracket and one of the screws, but one is missing. I searched the entire pool with no luck. How can I get a replacement screw. Tries Leslies online chat and they said contact the manufacturer. Surely there's an easier option. Thanks for any insight.

Look in the Polaris bag.

You can get a stainless steel screw or you can get a new screw online or at any pool store.

Search c55 wheel screw or POlaris 280 wheel screw and you get a bunch of results.

It's probably a standard thread. Just match it up at the hardware store.

I find the pool stores charge and arm and a leg for screws for pool equipment. Take the screw you have to the local hardware store and see if they have a stainless steel screw that matches it. You'll get a bag of 10 of them for a tenth of the price of one official OEM replacement screw.

Definitely not in the bag. Maybe I'll try HD or Lowe's to see if I can find one there.

Stopped by Ace yesterday and they had a stainless steel screw that matched. My Polaris is now back in action.
