I have a small above ground Vinyl pool about 4700 gal. We had a bunch of rain and the water started to get greenish so I shocked it crazy. Now there is the dead algae in milky clouds if I use my vacuum it just stirs it up and the whole pool is cloudy. If I run the pound it gets cloudy, I put Flocctant in it I think that’s what it is called, to turn it solid so I could vacuum it nope didn’t work someone please help!

Welcome to TFP! To remove algae we follow the SLAM Process which also requires the use of a good test kit - either a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C. If you don't have one of those, I would highly recommend it. We almost never recommend the use of floc. It causes more problems that it's worth. You should update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info so we know what you have there. My gut tells me it might be easier to just dump and replace the water, but if you can post a full set of water test results from one of those kits there may be hope.
