Messed up SLAM - Need Help

Hi Pool Experts! I have recently opened up my pool and usually do the SLAM process. However, I think I screwed up and added too much chlorine during the slam. My recent test results are below:

FC - 13
TC - 15
CC - 2
ph - 7.2
TA - 77
Calcium Hardness - 200
CYA - 40
Phosphate - 1100

I know I need to raise the TA a touch and have a CC and phosphate problem, i dont know what to tackle first. I sincerely appreciate any help that can be provided.

what do i do about the phosphates?
Simply ignore them. Pool stores will try to convince you to purchase a $60 bottle of stuff to remove them. Only in very rare scenarios do they warrant attention. But in general, for TFP pool care, phosphates are of no concern. Chlorine administered in the proper ratio to CYA will kill algae during a SLAM and keep it away afterwards when balanced properly. :)

Always go back to the FC/CYA Levels.
