I'm replacing the mechanical seal on an Emaux pump.
The Youtubes I have watched mention not to touch the ceramic part of the seal. Too late.
So my question is then also, is my seal already wasted, or can I just clean it, and if so what should I use to clean it?
Would 70% Ethyl alcohol do any harm?
