Purchased this unit June 2020. Fairly light use as the season is not that long here in Michigan.
I've kept the impeller, tracks and rollers clear of debris. Religiously so since I had to return the unit (same issue) in August 2021 for rebuild.
I saw another member had a similar issue with their Triton PS robot and wanted to see if this is common.
May have to bite the bullet and buy a new unit.

Appreciate any feedback

Use and troubleshooting
Used 1-5 times a month between mid-May and Mid-October. Mostly pill bugs and grass clippings being sucked up.

August 2021 unit stopped working. Trouble shooting with Maytronics help. Ultimate unit had to be rebuilt.

May 2024 unit stopped working. I reached out to Maytronics but did not receive a response. Unit was making a clicking noise. Drive motor gear slipping.
When the track is removed, the drive motor gear will turn. Tracks and brushes were clear of debris and moved freely.
Was able to get it started again after waiting a couple of days and resetting the controller couple of times (same troubleshooting steps I received in 2021). Unit was clear of any debris in rollers, tracks and impeller.

October 2024. Unit stopped working and was able to get the unit to run for about 10 minutes.
Tried reset again and now the controller will not stay on when connected to the robot even after the reset. Tracks move freely and clear of debris.

Sorry you haven’t gotten any responses.
Have you tried using a different controller or using your controller on a different bot?
If you don’t have access to any A brick & mortar store that does repairs may be helpful to troubleshoot these things if there’s one in your area.

Thanks for posting. I'll have to see about getting a hold of a different controller or bot to try it out.
The local stores suggest contacting the manufacturer. Unfortunately no help there.
