There’s usually only one model sold online and it’s typically a bare-bones model. Dolphin voids all warranties of any unit sold online through third party channels like eBay. You'll have to find a local brick & mortar shop to buy from. You can also call up Marina’s Pool & Spa shop and purchase over the phone. Phone payments are ok and Marina’s will ship to your location.
Are you sure you need an M-series robot?? The M600 is very expensive and most pools rarely need a robot that powerful. Unless your pool is very deep or has a complicated geometry, the M-series will be a waste of money. Most S-series owners are very happy with the price/features they get.
Actually, Maytronics has certain lines sold only online, others only in stores, and others that have different names for different retail chains. The M400-600 are dealer only cleaners.
