I have a Pentair Mastertemp HTT400. When heat is called the heater panel goes through its startup without error. The blower does not start, no attempt to start the burner. No led error code on inside panel (circuit board) Panel continues to work with regard to temp changes and displays accurate water temp. What next?

Check the Fenwal LED.
F1/F2 on the Fenwal is the relay that turns on the fan. Remove the F1 and F2 wires and safe then off. Use your multimeter and check for continuity between F1 and F2 when the heater tries to start. If there is not continuity then the relay is not closing and the Fenwal needs to be replaced.
