Mastertemp 400 Temperature readings wrong

Figured I would post here rather than start a new thread. Having a temp issue where the water is reading about 20 degrees higher than actual - 82 degrees when it's actually 55-60 degrees. So when we turn on the heater, it only heats to about 80 degrees (reads 100). I just changed the thermistor thinking that was the issue but still the same issue.

Any thoughts on what I should check next? Everything works fine other than the system turning off when it thinks its at temp b/c of the incorrect reading.

Just ordered pentair 520272 temperature sensor hoping this will fix my issue.

You changed the thermistor in the MasterTemp heater or your EasyTouch water temp sensor?

I changed the thermistor in the heater... just ordered the water temp sensor to see if that's the issue.

The temp readings are in the Pentair screen logic app.

The temp readings are in the Pentair screen logic app.

That temperature comes from the water temperature sensor.

It is a standard 10K thermistor that you can check if you have a multimeter.
