Mastertemp 250 not turning on

Have a pentair mastertemp 250 that does not turn on. Nothing happens when pressing pool on or spa on. Nothing displays on lcd screen.
Have replaced membrane keypad. Also replaced controller board and still having same issue.
Checked fireman’s fuse and it is fine.
There is power coming into heater.
When turning power on, the leds on the controller board do flash. Have checked 24VAC and there is power

Normal boot up is 888, 128 and then rX where X is the software revision number.

Can you show the area where the fireman's switch is?

Nothing comes on display. I will add a pic of fireman’s switch later
