Hi we built a new pool system it’s around a year old, so this is the problem i set the pool temp to 104 after the jacuzzi hits 92 degrees the heater shuts off. I go check the heater it’s reading the spa temp at 104 but the easy touch system is at 92 and when I check with my own thermostat the water is at 92 so the easy touch system is reading it correct but the Pentair heater is reading 104 and shutting off. So in short the heater is reading 12 degrees higher from the moment it’s turned on.

On a 1 year old system you should make a warranty claim with your builder.
The first thing that should be checked is the temperature thermistor in the Mastertemp. That can be checked for proper reading using a multimeter.

Turned on as in firing or as in just powered on?
If the temperature is correct at power up and then goes high after the heater fires, the problem is probably low flow.
