My formerly sparkly clean pool is being assaulted by a huge windstorm moving thru the Carolinas. The hairnet is less than 10 hours old and it was slammed full. The pool shot is AFTER I used the leaf rake for 10 minutes.....Nothing to do except crack a beer and wait for the wind to die down....

Yep, we have had wind pick up this afternoon. I clean the pool and 5 minutes later another small storm cell comes through and throws hundreds of little white pear tree flowers right back in ?

That's pretty much a daily occurrence here in flyover country. Just this spring we have gone from pollen to catkins to samaras and soon it will be Magnolia leaves...and of course they don't fall at the same time. It can be tiring at times!

Might be moving on to bourbon...

When I took this pic I was watching the whirlygigs (helicopters) and pollen flying horizontally for a while. Fortunately calming down some now.

When we get storms moving through, I just kill the pump till they’re over with. Then I’ll net out all the big stuff, and fire the pump back up again.

I spend time in OK (NE part) fairly often and I know how windy it is there. Your pool is incredible, very nice!
