This may help someone else.

I installed a MagnaLatch Series 3 top pull and it came keyed to a Kwikset key. However my house is keyed with Schlage locks. I contacted MagnaLatch and they told me that it I could use a Schlage C 6 pin lock cylinder which I found on eBay for $10. I'll re key that to my house lock and soon the MagnaLatch will work with my house key.

Good to know. I'm putting 3 gates in and I was thinking "how am I going to manage keys w/o going crazy?" I assume if I take my key to the locksmith they can key the locks? I don't need to take my door lock too right?

The lock cylinder must have a tailpiece that will rotate 180 degrees like this KABA ILCO 15995SC-26D-34532 Lockset Cylinder, Commercial, Schlage C 36448505388 | eBay. It takes a tamper proof Torx T-10 bit like this Gearwrench Tamper Proof Torx Bit, Insert Bit, T-10 80471 | Zoro.com to take out the lock cylinder, (about $6 at Harbor Freight for an entire set).

Alternatively, you might order the cylinder from an online locksmith, giving him the number off of your key and have it keyed before shipment. Rekeying is about $7.50 per lock cylinder in my area.
